This is for all you horror filmmakers out there -- tomorrow, April 5, 2009, is the 2nd and final deadline for film submissions for the Dead by Dawn Film Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland.Dead by Dawn is self-billed as "Scotland's premiere horror film festival."

and it looks like it is actually free to submit. Shocker!Dead by Dawn takes place April 30 - May 3, 2009.
